Founded 1st Service Company, Inc. in 1998, with the goal to bring real comfort and real solutions to the residents of Delmarva. From his one-man-show and commitment to quality work and dependability, 1st Service has grown to 12 employees who all strive to provide the same commitment to excellence and quality.
Jim Hinds
Jim joined Bob at 1st Service Company, Inc., after years of working for larger companies in the area and across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Jim embraced Bob’s attitude for quality work with added superior customer service to the equation. Jim’s friendly and honest personality matched with his business acumen has grown 1st Service into one of the leading HVACR companies on Delmarva.

1st Service Co. was founded in 1998 by Bob Lemley, who was later joined by Jim Hinds. At 1st Service Co., Inc., we strive to provide our customers with not just quick, easy fixes, but the right fixes. We have been a Trane Comfort Specialist since 2001 when that program was founded. We provide heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration services all across Berlin, Bishopville, Snow Hill, Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Salisbury, Fruitland, Pittsville, Willards and everywhere in between.

If we are for some reason unable to correct the issue, we will remove the system at no additional cost to you and provide a full refund.
